Outing Check List

¨      Contact the Events Coordinator, or Golf Professional at Links at Challedon to discuss details at (301) 829-3000 or (410) 552-0320.

¨      Select a date for your event and secure your date by returning your Tournament Reservation Agreement along with the deposit, made payable to The Links at Challedon.

¨      Finalize food and beverage plans at least fourteen (14) days in advance.

¨      The formats, contests, clinics, etc. will need to be coordinated with the Golf Professional staff at least fourteen (14) days in advance.

¨      Finalize the number of golf participants at least ten (10) days in advance.

¨      Fax or email the finalized player list and handicaps (if applicable) to Links at Challedon no less than five days before the event.

¨      Make any changes to your player list at least 3 days in advance.  This number of players will be your guaranteed minimum number of golfer for the event.

¨      Pay the remaining balance on the day of your event and ENJOY YOUR DAY AT THE LINKS AT CHALLEDON!
